Catching Up

Almost caught up with my backlog of work!

It’s amazing when you’re travelling around how much work piles up, and it’s not really a lot of work, it’s just all the small parts which make up the greater whole, not to mention they generally have a startup overhead, and then the phone rings with another project.

We dancing last night with the guys from KKC, it’s been a while since I’ve done merengue, but it’s easy enough to get into, counting to 2 is easy, and it’s a forgiving dance. Back to salsa next week!

I’ve almost finished Aquinas College’s website, so that should be live soon. They have a bit of content to load but it should come up really nicely once the final tweaks have been made. The image masker which I used, and adjusted for my needs works really well and will likely be used in more designs in the future. As with most developers we tend to write code in a way which can be recycled to fit many purposes. I’m quite proud of that piece of code, it took two attempts at writing it before I got a winner, 3x would have made me bonkers!
