Another day at the office

Today was just another day at the office. Nothing went too smoothly today. I did a database conversion which I must have stuffed up the night before, so I ended up with no data converted! I installed an configured IIS with mySQL, and FileMaker9 Server only to discover the server was installed with Windows 2003 64 bit Edition (which the Tomcat ISAPI Redirect plugin doesn’t work with the current release of FM9v3).

Sometimes IT is just like that, although it’s my own fault for not checking that small but important detail out. Plan for the worst, hope for the best. To be honest it’s probably the first time in a bloody long while that I’ve made such an oversight.
